Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. We will gladly accept your timely return of eligible items by mail or at any Pure Calculus of Perfume store.
To adhere to strict quality control guidelines and to ensure and to that every product is authentic and in original condition free from product tampering, all fragrance and cosmetics items must be unused, unopened, in the original undamaged packaging and shipped by a pre-authorized return SmartLabel within 15 days of the original date of delivery to be eligible for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued.
Due to product tampering concerns, fragrance samples are not accepted for return or exchange.
Pure Calculus of Perfume must pre-authorize all returns and exchanges prior to the return. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at colleen@purecalculus.com to obtain a return authorization number along with return instructions.
Credit for eligible returns will be issued in the original form of payment. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.
Returning Online & Catalog Merchandise by Mail
Merchandise eligible for return and shipped by the pre-authorized return SmartLabel obtained by Pure Calculus of Perfume qualifies for FREE return shipping if received within 15 days of the original date of delivery.
Enclose the pre-authorized return packing slip with your returned item(s) and please note whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund, depending on the original form of payment.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
Returning Online & Catalog Merchandise In Store
Pure Calculus of Perfume online purchases eligible for return may be returned to any Pure Calculus of Perfume store. To adhere to strict quality control guidelines and to ensure that every product is authentic and in original condition free from product tampering, all fragrance and cosmetics items must be unused, unopened, in the original undamaged packaging and accompanied by the original packing slip within 15 days of the original date of delivery to be eligible for credit/refund or exchange to be issued in store.

Simply bring the original packing slip and the return eligible merchandise to any sales associate within 15 days of the original date of delivery. Credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
Gifts
When returning a gift, a Pure Calculus of Perfume Merchandise Credit Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the eligible returned merchandise. The merchandise credit gift card may be used for in store and online purchases from Pure Calculus of Perfume.

Samples
We recognize the importance of testing fragrances on your skin prior to investing in the purchase of a full sized bottle because the experience of niche perfumes tends to be nuanced and quite dynamic. Due to the high cost of rare and niche fragrances, each sample is hand filled with 1ml of perfume (1/3 full vial). Offered in further support of your trials, deluxe spray vials are filled to offer you a minimum of 3 wearings.
To order samples on Pure Calculus of Perfume, simply go to the product listing for the full sized bottle and choose the sample option from the dropdown menu and add to your cart and proceed to checkout.
